Summer Athlete Programs
At Eagle Athletic Club, our Summer Athlete Training program is designed to develop strong, confident, and resilient athletes—both on and off the field. Through expertly designed programming and high-level coaching, we focus on building strength, speed, power, and agility, while also emphasizing mobility, injury prevention, and recovery.
Whether your athlete is preparing for a competitive season or simply wants to move better and feel stronger, our program meets them where they are and helps them progress with purpose.
We believe great training goes beyond sets and reps. That’s why we combine intentional coaching, a supportive culture, and a focus on mindset and nutrition to help athletes build habits that last.
Our sessions are hands-on, high-energy, and tailored to each athlete’s needs—creating an environment where every athlete feels seen, challenged, and empowered to grow.
From foundational training for younger athletes to advanced conditioning for seasoned competitors, our summer offerings are built to equip the next generation for sport and for life.

Middle & High School Summer Training
Middle and high school athletes will have the opportunity to train with purpose, build real strength, and develop habits that translate beyond the gym.
Our training is designed to develop strong, powerful, and resilient athletes through high-level coaching, strategic programming, and a commitment to individual attention.
Whether your athlete is preparing for fall sports, looking to level up over the summer, or simply wants to build strength, speed, and confidence, our program delivers.

Elementary Athletes
(Entering 4th Grade & Older)
A strength and movement foundations class designed to introduce younger athletes to proper form, body control, and age-appropriate conditioning in a fun, supportive environment.

Run Club & Specialized Clinics
🏃♂️ Run Club
A twice-weekly running session that develops both speed and endurance—one day focused on sprint mechanics and acceleration, and one day focused on aerobic capacity and longer efforts.
🔁 Agility Clinic
A weekly session focused on improving coordination, footwork, and change of direction to help athletes move more efficiently and react quickly in sport.
🧠 Form Clinic
A weekly session dedicated to movement quality and technique, helping athletes learn proper mechanics for running, lifting, and overall athletic development.

Summer Program Details & Pricing
Dates
This program runs May through early August and provides athletes with consistent, coached training throughout the entire summer.
When broken down, it comes out to roughly $30–$40 per week.
